We now have the milk testing done for all the herd: A2, Kappa and BetaL and we are pleasantly surprised.
Majority are homozygous A2 and all are BetaL B/B for cheese production.
And we have a percentage of Kappa B/B for cheese production and the rest are A/A telling us milk yield will be good.
So overall we are more than happy with the testing results.
More information that can be provided to those seeking house cows while adding something special for the lawn mower homes.
